YOGA EXPERIENCE
Come and share my experience of Integrative Yoga
Trained in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and immersed in Asian cultures from 2017 to 2021, I have been enriched by a wide variety of practices. I discovered Integrative Yoga at the Yogshakti studio with Shilpa, obtained the Yoga Alliance diplomas (500 hours training) and taught more than 3000 hours of various forms of yoga to all types of students: beginners, intermediates or teachers, adults or children, pregnant women, in groups or individuals, in person or online, in French or English.
As a teacher, my aim is to share my passion about yoga and to make it accessible, enjoyable & safe for anyone, whatever your condition, so that yoga can help you live in a fulfilled and balanced way.
